Question: Looking for a peppered jerky recipe for waterfowl

Im looking for a good peppered jerky recipe for ducks and geese preferably with house hold ingredients only. I can also use some advice since id like a soft/chewy jerky. Anything would be appreciated.

I love using the Hi Mountain seasonings. The cracked pepper and garlic is always a good choice.

Only seasoning I use (thus far). Hi Mountain seasonings are delicious.

I'm late to the party but you might try the marinade in this recipe and cook as you normally would.
Thin sliced beef steak is marinated with soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic and black pepper and smoked over hickory for the perfect on-the-go snack.
