      Maxwell Line Bin 10-13
Double handful of line, a few hooks. That new screen keeps the junk out.

6/23/18 I pulled the bin at the boat ramp at Wildwood and will return it "updated" on 6/30/18 after the White Perch Tourney.
06/30 UPDATED! Fixed Green Trash Screen added, removable bottom for ease in emptying.

Thanks, Shotgundoug13! Also I believe a report came from @wildernesswomen.

Is it possible to get a pic of that bin and e-mail to Harold@nefga.org ? @JKL or Flash04jv I do have a 90* elbow I can get to someone in Omaha to repair that bin, assuming we can cut the broke piece off and add the elbow to it.

If I remember right, this was one of the original Roger/Steve installations and may have the screw bottom which would suggest a longer bin shaft than those with sealed bottoms, making it feasible to just hacksaw off the top elbow (what is left of it, anyway) and add a new one.

Should easily be able to "chisel" the remaining rim remnants from the elbow and simply slide on a new one.

I have a 90* elbow like that one had, or you can grab a 45* like we use in the new bins and put a green screen on it to help limit the trash. Menards is where we get our bin parts "out here".

I would suggest using that post hole with the bolt in it to secure the elbow and the tube to the post- NO GLUE!!

If anyone is coming to Fort Kearny for the Expo, lemme know and I can put together an elbow and screen to take back.

IF you are having trash problems with those original bins, remember it is CHEAP and EASY to add the green screen when there is a means to dump the line from the bottom!

Is that a corrugated cardboard sign? Regardless, If JKL or Catfishsteve ain't got a sign I've got one available.

No screen was added to this bin as there is a trash can right next to the bin.

I found the bin half full of line and one empty water bottle.

Been to busy to update this. I emptied the line bin in the dam at BO. Almost all of it was trash. Very small amount of line. We need a garbage can down there.
checked the main boat ramp at BO and it was empty this week.

06/23/18 -I removed the bin at the SOUTH end of the dam as the road in has been closed.

I removed the bin at the NORTH end of the dam for updating and will return it 06/30/18 after the White Perch Tourney.
There was a dumpster located at that bin site in the beginning- it has been removed. A removable bottom and a green trash screen will be added to this bin.

I also removed the bin at the "main boat ramp" and the one on the jetty for updating. Both will have removable bottoms and a green trash screen.
                      __________

06/30- UPDATED All bins have fixed green no-trash screens and the bottom caps are all removable for easy line recovery.
