    Question: Small Game Taxidermy

    Hello,

I am looking for someone who can do an excellent job on some red squirrels for my shop. I shot them with light bird shot and would like to have them mounted.

I've looked around for someone and thought Velder was going to do it for me out in Dorchester but I can't seem to get ahold of him these days.

    Any thoughts would be great.

    Thanks.

I'm surprised you don't tackle something like this on your own. Get a kit and add to your skill set.
I'm the kind of friend who will help you get rid of a body. But if you betray me, just remember...I know how to dispose of a body. Just sayin'.

This is who I take all my small game to: http://wrtaxidermy.com/

He specializes in small game and is a world champion in that category. He is a little bit of a drive, but worth it IMO. Plus for squirrels you could prolly just ship them to him.

Yikes! $675 for a squirrel?! I had a few things done here... http://www.wagoncreektaxidermy.com/ and the prices are VERY reasonable.

I honestly had no clue what he charged for a squirrel. Never thought of getting one done before.
