Default Duck / Goose dip

take a few duck or 1/2 goose breast and put them in a baking dish (plain)
and bake till done (350). in a bowl take about a tbs. of sweet relish, 1/2 stalk celery finley chopped, an 1/2 onion chopped fine also.(or put in food prosessor)
when duck/goose is done throw in fridge and cool completley.
put duck /goose in food prosessor and chop till fine (kinda like small gravel)
mix this with other ingredents. now add a few spoon fulls of mayo.
mix well.
get some ritz crackers -----and look out!, it aint pretty-- but Damn good!!!
Youll make this more than once!
