Just curious how some of you prepare your fowl.
From what I've read, I think Ty uses a lot of bacon... mmmm bacon.
My wife has been frying our duck in the skillet with onion and jalapenos from our garden. Quite tasty. 8)

Gonna plant more next year.

The Jalapeno's that don't end up on the grill, in jelly or in salsa, get halved and frozen on a cookie sheet then put in gallon ziploc bags for use later. Stews, chili, OR POPPER'S. Cream cheese, onion ring batter and hot oil !!!! :zclap: :zclap: :2thumbup: :2thumbup: Sorry not a duck recipes but you got me going on JALAPENO'S!
