Default Duck or pheasant in Creamy Wild Rice Soup

In fact I believe you could put any type fowl in this and MMM MMM GOOD!

My wife sells this stuff called Tastefully Simple. Its basically food thats AWESOME yet real easy to prepare.

First off I started with a couple mallards and a couple pheasant breast.

Chunked them up in smaller pieces.

Coated them with some Tastefully Simple seasoned salt very liberally then fired to a good rare-medium rare in some good olive oil.

While I was doing all of this I had put some Creamy Wild Rice Soup from that Tastefull Simple into the crock pot. All you do is just add water. MMM MMM GOOD.

I then added the semi cooked pheasant and duck to the crock pot with the soup and let it go for about 2 hours on low.

While that was cooking I mixed up a batch of Bountiful Beer Bread that she sells. Poured in a bottle of Boulevard and 1 hour later a hot loaf of bread was ready.

Im telling you this was awesome! Keith was there and ate it with me. I told her dont worry about making any money in this business venture. Ill be eating all the profits. Even my little nieces and nephews loved it.

I really liked the duck better than the pheasant. The duck was a lot juicier.

If any of you guys are interested in trying out this recipe PM me and Ill have my wife get ahold of you. Seriously this stuff is great! I hope she dont sell any so I can eat it daily.
