Simmer 10 breasted doves in water and butter. Season w/ lemon pepper and salt and pepper or what ever turns you on. When the meat is tender I pick out the breast bone and add cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans. Cook until done. Serve over rice. My kids love this...try It w / pheasant, quail or any bird for that matter. Hope somebody enjoys this as much as we do!
