Great Pheasant Recipe

my friend is up in south dakota hunting pheasants right now, here's my favorite recipe for them!

breast them out

take the breasts and put um in a fry pan and cook um up till about half cooked

in a separate pan cook some onion and mushrooms until about half cooked

add white wine, rosemary (fresh if you can get it) fresh garlic, small amount of cumin and salt and pepper (to taste) to the fry pan and also throw in the onion and mushrooms

cook on low for about 30 min

it's great, turn out tender and full of flavor every-time
