marinate breasts in Famous Daves Apricot Bourbon

put pepper jack cheese, breast and a chunk of jalapeno together and wrap in bacon

hold together with a toothpick

put on grill on low

keep basting lightly with apricot bourbon

These things rock. Only problem is they get eaten so fast you dont get many.:d

apparently he hasnt ever had them. They taste like a chunk of sirloin. Man your really missing out.

I was in your state of mind when I was younger. I would give mine to neighbors and freinds and they just loved them. I really couldnt imagine eating them. Then I got to thinking of all that meat I was giving away each year and threw them on the grill. Man was I POd when I had that first taste to know I was GIVING these away!

Not anymore. I wouldnt even sell them now. :d

Default Dove Recipe

Tried something new last night and it was delicious!

Put bacon, cream of mushroom, onions, & dove breast in crockpot. Cook on low for 5 or 6 hours!

I agree, I grilled my first dove last weekend and I thought they tasted just like steak, they just had a different texture to them.
