I make this all the time. Make it lots of different ways as well.
Start out cutting some small strips of any wild game meat you prefer. Ive done it with everything from teal to wild hog and its great either way you slice it. Get a fry pan REAL hot so it sizzles when you flick water at it. Give it a shot of PAM and throw in the meat until half cooked. I then throw in some veggies. An easy way to do this is to buy the stir fry veggies frozen from the store but what I usually do is onions, green peppers, couple jalapenos, banana peppers, tomatoes, and whatever else I find in my garden all go in. Cook until tender. Then turn heat to low and add some stir fry sauce from the store. Another alternative is to add some fajita spice and a little water. Like I said I do this probably 2 times a week. Its great and I just love it.

I will second this.
Its pretty much the only way I can get my youngest to eat his veggies.
