I was wondering if anyone has any good recipes for smoking featherbones. I have had good success with them on the smoker and the grill. How long to you guys smoke them? I plan on making some this weekend.
![]() I'm thinking doing some in the smoker in the morning and then reheating them on the grill later that day.

Thanks, I have an electric smoker that runs a little hotter than I would like. I have messed with using an extension cord to drop the voltage but haven't got it dialed in yet. I have thought about putting a reostat on it to be able to control it a little better.
