Your soup sounds fabulous. We're hosting a mushroom recipe contest (for any kind of mushroom) and the winner will be mailed 2 lbs. of fresh, morel mushrooms. If you're interested, we'd love to have you submit your soup (or any other) recipe to MarxFoods.com (contest link is under the Kobe burger photo).

It's actually my dads recipe, however, it's kind of a family traditional soup around the holidays using either button mushrooms or dried morels, I just tried it this year with fresh morels, you can't beat em'!
