Buy some KC Masterpiece Mesquite Marinade and marinate the breast for a few hours or overnight. Then place on top rack of grill on LOW heat cook till done. Nothing better than that!! Add some grillin wood chips to the fire for added flavor.

slice into pieces like chicken tenders. Coat with egg,milk/flour and then roll in crushed corn flakes or whatever batter you like. Bake on a cookie sheet in the oven and serve with whatever condiments(BBQ sauce, honey mustard, ranch, etc.) you like. Any leftovers can go into your lunch for work or be cut up into chunks and thrown into a salad.

What you might try is to debone the breast Then put a layer of favorite dressing on the inside of the breast. Then debone a chicken breast and place it on the dressing of the turkey. Put another dressing in the chicken breast. Roll into a loaf. Wrap in strips of bacon and wrap in cheesecloth. If you have a wild goose breast it can be deboned and put between the turkey and chicken breasts with another layer of dressing. I've used cornbread and sage dressing in the TURGOSEN. With no bones can be sliced crosswise like a jelly roll. May have to bake 6-8 hours.
