Im Going To Be A Daddy!!
First of all I want to apologize for my long absence from the forum. As you may have already seen the title, my wife and I have been trying to have a baby for about 6 months now.....and finally this wednesday my wife told me the good news that she is pregnant with our first child.....IM GONNA BE A DADDY!!

 No matter how old you are when the first one arrives, I can assure you it will be a "change of life" baby.  (When I first saw this thread on the Forum's home page, it looked like it had been posted by Chad, and my first thought was "Whoa there big fella!  )

Hmmm. Is your long absence from the forum related to the six months you've been trying to conceive?

Awesome! You dont even understand how much change your life is going to take. And its change for the better. I have 2 little boys 2 and almost 4, I have only went fishing 2 times this year without them. They just love going in the boat and what better way to spend time with them. Both caught their first fish at age 1. Logan is 3 and can even tell you the difference between certain fish like "thats a flathead dad" or my fav "Thats not a buffalo............. thats a buffy!".

Hey - good deal NE CoyoteSlayer. This may sound a little odd, as the baby hasn't even been born yet, but enjoy them while you can. They grow up so fast. Very happy for you and mom.

Congratulations to you and your new family!!! I have a 14 month old (Noah Anthony) and my wife is due with our second child July 24 (Ethan James)... Fatherhood is the best thing that can happen to a man...
