Make that every day...and you didn't even have to talk about my beloved Chefs...

Thanks for reminding me that I too get way too wound up in this stuff...

Even a Vulcan can be accepted by the Federation, Willie.

KSU fans are no better/worse than NU fans...when it gets right down to it.

I respect the program. I understand and know how hard the players AND coaches work to be successful...and I also know how long it took Osborne to put together the teams he had in mid-90's-and how many folks wanted him GONE before he got there.... I also recognize that the teams, top to bottom, in this league are a darn site better than they were through the 80's and a good portion of the 90's...and that, truthfully, has more to do with where NU is now than talent in Lincoln or coaching in Lincoln. But appears to me that many fans can't seem to see that. Or won't see that.

Now, what part of this did I get wrong?
Yes you're definately right. I'll give you that, although my experience with the K. State fans cost a good amount on my familiy's car insurance.

Well played...well played

Until next time

Shane

Love where you're going with this...but shouldn't it be Klingon instead of Vulcan

or, most appropriately, 'even a Romulan can be accepted by Klingons'...

or even...insert some reference about the Hatfields and McCoys...

I lucked into pretty good seats and from my vantage point we looked man-handled. The third quarter looked more like an episode of Oz than a sporting event. I hope USC wins the nat'l championship. At least die hard fans can look back and say we got whooped by the best team in the country.

On the bright side, the other Nebraska team, the Mavericks is in the top 5 in most of the D2 polls. I think Chadron St is up there as well. Has anyone seen the Woodhead kid play? He is getting a ton of national press.

If you want to see a team choke, look no further than the Mets.
