some teams don't seem to mind playing in LIncoln...like Texas. Or Oklahoma. Sportscasters are idiots given to repeating hyperbole because they have a lack of time/will to research anything for themselves. Don't believe everything you read...all the time...

and if you think USC is worried, you're kidding yourselves. Do they think NU is a good team? Yes. Do they proabably know that NU has the capability to beat them? Yes. Do they plan on, know down to their toes that they (USC) will win? Absolutely. To a man.

But, after all, there is still a reason they actually play the games...

If I believed everything that I read by U.S. writers, then all the good things i helped do like establish schools and playgrounds in Iraq never happened.

Of course I don't do that...and that being said tell me you don't believe that Nebraska is one of the hardest places to be a college football coach.
Nebraska fans are highly critical (including myself,) and extremely knowledgeable of the game, and expecting championship caliber teams every year.

We are screwed.

So who's better? LSU or USC? That'd be a good game.

USC 49 NU 25 so far....hard to watch I lost interest very quickly. At least the AD is happy on campus so that's a plus.

I think NU could have won

if USC would have let the 2nd team play the whole game. Did you all see the Huskers tearing up USC's 2nd team?

P.S. -- Hey Frosch, did you see what my Utes did today?

No joke. I'm usually not one to criticize collegiate players, but NU tackled like a bunch of junior high kids.
