I have been to 3 LSU games and hands down they have the best following and the best fans around. If you can sit by them do it. They will invite anyone to tailgate with them.

I remember when Dingerville existed, and the best people there were the LSU fans. They always shared their food and stories with us. These fans would stay to the end, even if their team had lost early.

my family as apart of the original dingerville, and i will never forget how much fun i had down there! i was friends with dinger's nephew and always looked foward to christmas so we could hear from dinger, he always sent a card. the first year they booted us out of the lot across from zestos was the worst year ever. then dinger passed away and his wife quit coming up here. sadly i think mrs. almendinger passed this winter, i will never forget those people and will always root for lsu because of them!

How does a person go about getting one of the reserved spots in the stadium parking lot?

you have to be a season series ticket holder to get those spots, however, its still first come first serve and they still charge you $10!

your better off not parking there anyway. The traffic is insane. Walk a couple blocks and pay one of those people $10 to park in their yard. Just make sure if you park there you are not blocked in. I prefer actually to use that one church to park at.

I want to do the tailgating and stuff right there. IMO the CWS is the purest sport going on.

free parking is everywhere.......don't pay someone $10 for a parking spot! just be creative. there is a lot that says its for the zoo buy on the night games nobody works the gate, i've parked there for years, its a block away from the stadium on Atlas St. Don't pay anyone!

Posted earlier in the everything else forum:

Some big cats have been spotted around Omaha. The remains of razorbacks and longhorn steers have been found, near the zoo. It was thought that it might be mountain lions but now it appears it might be a larger cat. Geaux Tigers!!!

longhorn steer = TIGER BAIT
