Default Great Weekend

The Lincoln Stars beat the Souix Falls Stampede 5-4, The Ohio State Buckeyes beat the Purdue Boilmakers 16-3, The St. Louis get their first win of the season in a 19-17 game against the Washington Redskins, and most importantly, the Park Panthers beat Irving Aardvarks 28-26 to go 5-0. BTW, I play for the Park Panthers.

Couldn't agree more. The Vikings stole another game at the end. The Gophers went on the road and beat Juice Williams and the Illini to become 6-1 and bowl eligible.

Now if only Nebraska would have realized that they were supposed to lose to TT by more than 21...........

Oh well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

My weekend sucked! Huskers lost and The Broncos lost. Man, I am glad that Tiger is hurt and not playing any more golf this year and that the Yankees made an early exit. Other wise I probably would have had all 4 of my teams/players do crappy for another weekend...Welp..there is always next weekend!

I need to replace my coffee table and my ironing board. And I need some drywall work done in my house.

At least the Pack looked good today...and the Bears lost. All is right in the world again.

Was there a final score in that Wisconsin game, or did the refs join everyone else and switch to another game?

Yeah...it was ugly. Ugly like the Nebraska/Mizzou score.

For someone who doesn't like Nebraska football very much, you sure do go out of your way to mention us a lot.

Also, The only thing that Nebraska and Wisconsin will ever have in common is Barry Alvarez. Nothing more...As a Husker football fan, being compared to a program like Wisconsin is an insult... Did I just say that out loud

Oh yeah, I forgot about him. Wonder how I could ever do that. Im just razzin with ya Magnus, I know your passionate about your teams as I am with mine. Hell, the way things are going maybe Wisconsin and Nebraska will meet up in some Crappy bowl game this year...perhaps.. The Sh*t.com bowl! Wouldn't that make for good conversation on this board.

btw, after this weekend I need a new remote.

Meh...I could take it or leave it. Wisconsin already took enough guff for scheduling so many crappy teams this year...probably would make us look bad to play another. I wonder if their season would have shaped up any different if they had somehow managed to get their first FIVE games at home. How the hell did Nebraska pull that off?
