just read that he plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges for resisting arrest that night. Sentencing on those charges was set for November.

Sure sounded guilty to me. But, perhaps the jury heard a different story than the media has been projecting.

I hope that if that kid REALLY is guilty, that he gets some help before he does something worse.

yeah, he ain't going to be playing anymore. Out of shape, and the show he put up when the police tried to arrest him, he shouldn't be playing. Athletes that are supposed to be representing our university in a positive way and have youngsters that look up to them don't act like that.

No kidding but I remember back in the day most of Osbornes players were in more trouble with the police than todays players. Some times to be the best you got to have some mean sob's.

Sorry but there's no excuse for assaulting an officer of the law. His days with Big Red should be over.

I disagree. Without question, he deserves another chance.

I think that Bo should be fair. He has allready booted one guy for public urination and possession of pot both misdemeanors. I don't see Andy being back on the team, and if he is I don't see him gettting any playing time. He has to be way behind the curve after missing so much practice.

The first thing he probably needs to do is quite drinking! The penitentiary is full of people who wouldn't be there if they hadn't got drunk or stoned and done something stupid because of it.

Alcohol doesn't make people stupid, it makes them honest.

Drag her down the stairs not push her The whole assaulting a police officer thing is a little shaky......lincoln cops are excessively rough with people (seen it many times) and then if they accidently get bumped or something they call it assault on a police officer. Just a bunch of power tripping ex wrestlers

Never said I think we should have guys out there that throw women down stairs. We just need guys that play like Lawrence Phillips, Peters, Winstrom, guys that arent afraid to get hit and play 100 percent not half assed.
