We talk WAY to much about stuff on TV in the sports/athletics of part of this forum. Let's talk about what athletic stuff we have done in our lifetime. I have made a half-court shot with a dodgeball. I have also gone 3\4 in diving cathes while playing dodgeball. What kind of athletic stuff did YOU do in your child\adulthood.

This should bring some laughter  ... How about as a teenager and even in my early twenties I use to play Tennis and I played 'very' well ... I knew a young guy that made the ATP Tour and while playing him I use to actually win off & on [hell of a player] ... Again , this was several years ago , however I still hold a very nice serve myself and a very nice all around game 8) ... Keep the laughter to a minimum :d ...

:zsleepy: :zsleepy: :zsleepy: :zsleepy: :zsleepy: :zsleepy: :zsleepy: :zsleepy: is what this is becoming. I was on basketball court, and hit a rubber ball over a basketball hoop.

In 7th grade football I sacked the quarterback once and they had to take him off the field on a stretcher.

After that all the kids in the neighborhood who acutally played varsity football wouldn't let me play in neighborhood pick up games. :zhuh:

So I went back to the marching band, and one time in band camp... :zgoofey:

I once hit 3 home runs and a grand slam in a single game playing Little Chiefs. That's a lot of RBIs.

I have shot 80 on the nose many times playing golf. Disappointing that I could not break into the 70s, but shooting 80 several times (playing by all the rules -- no cheating) aint too shabby.

I useto ride bikes, I remember being like 10-11yrs old I could jump off 10ft jumps and off of cars, now i'd probably break my back. I can still ride, I just dont know if my back would take those jumps again. I useto break bike frames in half from jumping so hard. The last bike I broke was off a 10ft casing of stairs, and when I landed(a little too rough)., craaaaaack. the frame goes and im spread eagle on the pavement, crotch aching and all.

:?

Hockey, went to nationals, got 2nd place.

Also useto race SCCA autocross.

I rushed for over 800 yards in one game in NCAA football 99 on the PS1.................

While I could never come close to dunking a basketball, I did win a few state medals in wrestling, even got a 4th place finish at Nationals as a youngster
