Think about it...it's a repeating pattern...a team plays close to NU...goes in at half-time...makes adjustments...and goes on to win the game.

Someone isn't as adept at adjusting at half-time as someone else. It's not the QB...it's not the O-line...it's not over-all athletic talent...I wonder who it could be...hmmm...

But that just an opinion from a die-hard Husker-basher...

And for the record, I enjoy Husker-bashing...(but not nearly as much as fishing) and only if it's taken in the spirit of friendship...if I really thought folks would get their feelings hurt I'd have to think twice before I came back and did it again...

:d :zrazzing:

I am a Husker fan, but I think Callahan's buddy from Oakland (offensive coordinator) needs to go. Some dumb play calling and no adjustment during the second half lost that game. We should pick up the offensive coordinator for Boise St. now there is some play calling!

J.T.
If Anything i would like to see if Norvell is any better at calling plays than Callahan. Its just depressing to think that although we've got some great talent coming back next year we've still got the same inept coach....

I agree that the blame goes on Callahan for the loss. He admitted openly that his play calling in the Oklahoma game was poor, then he comes back and does the same thing against Auburn.

I think we're at a place where we have some decent athletes and could win a Big 12 Champonship, maybe even get to a really nice BCS bowl, but there is definately something holding us back. The deflated play -- time after time after time in the second half -- proves it.

Willie Boy, you know I'm a Husker fan, but I agree with you 110%. Good luck to you and your Mildcats next year, by the way.
