Canal should be open and fishable if nothing else. I am betting reservoir inlets and outlets would be too.

Lake Ogallala and associated waters is always an option.

Lake Ogallala is around 60% open after the last few days of wind. Some anglers are starting to have luck in the northwest corner of Lake Ogallala and around the campground. Guys were using flies on top and some were casting spoons or jigs with dough baits and both had moderate success. Lake McConaughy is open in a few of the northern bays due to the rising water levels and I've heard some whispers of Northerns being caught in Otter Creek Bay.
The Keystone Diversion was ice capped as of early this week and the North Platte river outflow is only 3 cfs so there isn't much open there either.

maloney inlet and outlets are open, haven't fished it yet or seen anybody else for that matter. umm toby's check would prob be the first place to hit south of maxwell if not brady's double check. if want to head west hit hershey check straight south of town and then head west along cannel road and hit the bends till sutherland then hit the inlet on the west side of lake. good luck if i ever get out from work I'll be doing the same
