We go up every year for Mens camp out, we should be leaving today but has been canceled because of bad weather on the way. Hopefully they will plan another time next month!!! Great pictures it is a blast up there and you can make a short drive to ((Refuge Lakes)) Have a good one Woody

Nice place to go. I was planning on going there this weekend but cold and rainy doesn't sound fun for a weekend camping/hiking trip. Might go next weekend instead.
Here are some pictures from a trip a friend and I took out there several years ago. We also took a swing up to the Refuge (but did not fish at all)

Love Halsey! Deer camp there every year! And often a ATV trip. Kinda stinks they reduced trails ATV's can use. Heres just some pics of many.

Stories, Ive seen people get DUI's on atvs, open container tickets, and tickets for running stop signs! Other than that what happens at deer camp stays at deercamp!
