From what I can see about it, as long as you use shot size anywhere from 2-7.5, you should be ok.

All muzzle loaders should be legal, but I think Alex is right.
I called and checked and Alex is the winner. Any gauge is allowed as long as the shot size is followed. I was curious because I've seen a few states that require 12ga and I'm looking at having a fowler made in 20ga (only size they make it).
Yep I use a Knight tk2000 for turkeys. Just got a modified choke for it might try some steel for waterfowl this fall.
