    make sure reel is below the water level, that way it doesnt freeze up and will spool freely when the fish hit.

    Hey HanktheCrank, how do we know it was a 29 incher. No evidence on tape. Looks like a 28 incher to me.

    I found these on iceshanty they look sweet. I don't see how you would keep fish from pulling whole thing down the hole though. And can someplease tell me how to make picture larger? Thanks Rob

    Here's what ours look like.







    Never had any problems with the reels freezing up. We've used these for alot of years.
