I think the bass is fine. The catfish on the other hand is likely dead meat which I hate seeing

I may have caught a striper last week off the dock but then again I guess it could have been a lil wiper. It Too was around 8 inches

The problem is that not everyone lives in close proximity to the lake and can't put in the required time necassary.

crappie and shad are best. anything else will work but I prefer shad or crappie
if ur gonna get fish grip u be best bet to get team catfish one. they make good stuff

flatheads hands down best eating although like bankliner said i rather catch um then eat um. i wouldnt keep one over 20 lbs because i like big flatheads but im sure they would taste good. channels...
