We used to catch them pretty regularly at night, over in PA in the Susquehanna watershed. Relatively very close to the ocean there.

Well, OCD me, when I did this I actually put a separate snap on each different bait. I would crimp the snap down so it could not be removed from the bait. So, I have to remove each bait and the snap...

With crappie I usually try to keep what seems to be the most abundant size. Usually in Omaha lakes that seems to be the 6-10 inchers, if I'm going to keep a few to eat.

You don't need any structure maps for that lake. Last week on KFAB they had somebody on from the NRD talking about the opening of the lake and he was offering everyone "fish stocking" maps.
