Treat Mom to Ponca State Park’s Mother’s Day Buffet May 11

LINCOLN, Neb. – Mother’s Day is May 11, so why not give Mom a break and take her to the annual Mother’s Day Buffet at Ponca State Park.

On the menu this year is the salad bar, roast sirloin of beef, chef-carved glazed ham, spring blended vegetables, au gratin potatoes, dessert, and coffee bar, all for just $11.95 for adults, $5.95 for children.

There will be activities for the kids and Imax movies will be shown. One of the new four-bedroom mini-lodges will be open for viewing.

Reservations are required for dining at 11a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12 p.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. Call the park office, (402) 755-2284 to reserve your spot.
