Thumbs up Deer processor

Seems like every fall several people are looking for a good deer processor.

This year I took mine to M-K meats in Unadilla. I had it made into jalapeno and cheese summer sauage, jalapeno cheese brats, jerky, hot sticks and chipped deer + the straps and tenderloin.

I have sampled everything now and have to say the brats are AWESOME.(better than any others I've had)
The summer sausage is very good.
The jerky is good (a little more spice wouldn't hurt but still good.)
The hot sticks are very good.
The chipped deer is AWESOME. (kind of a cross between ham and corned beef, I wish I would of had more of this made)

To the best of my knowledge you get your own deer back, and they're prices are as low as anywhere I've taken a deer so far.

I will be going back for sure.

For the most part they do a good job, however their sausage is a little bland for my taste.

I've never taken my deer there but I've some of their products and you are right. They do a good job.

This year I took some of my deer to Schusters in Lincoln and had them make Breakfast Sausage, Polish with Cheddar and Polish with Cheddar and Jalapenos. WOW talk about tasty.

Roman's Meats in Norfolk is the best around. Cant beat it.

Takes goose and duck meat and makes the best sticks you could ever have.

I like my processing. Canned deer, jerky, breakfast sausage, brats this year.
