Buying Guns Out Of State

Going to Sioux Falls gun show Sun. Anyone know if I can buy a rifle and bring it back to NE, or do I have to ship it to an FFL? all I have is pistol permit.

You can buy a long gun out of state, as long as it's from a FFL dealer, and take it home with you. A handgun would have to be sent to a dealer. The dealer still has to fill out the form and call it to the feds. mc
