Another bohunk.......gotta love it.........kolaches anyone?
Now to the buck. It has a nice spread, maybe 17" inside. Nice G1 and G2s, but you do not have a G3. My un-educated guess is 125. You can get it official scored at the Aksarben Aquarium in March. The GF&P sponsor a measurement "party". You can also go to Boone and Crocket to download instructions and a form. Here is the link: http://www.boone-crockett.org/bgReco...area=bgRecords It is best to use a string to measure with or if you have one, your mom's sewing tape. (I just dated myself!) NICE BUCK..........where did you get him.

My opinion is that is a great buck! Did you harvest him with a bow or gun?? Either way, sweet deer. Looks to be 2.5-3.5 years old and has good spread, and medium mass. If those G4's were a bit longer, it would help him alot. My bet is on 132" gross, 129" net. Doesnt look like too many deductions. Could be wrong.....

Thanks for the comments guys. Once I get him back, I'll decide what I am going to do as far as scoring goes. I got him the last day of rifle season on 80 acres of CRP that my cousin owns. Unfortunately, I hunt in an area similar to what most of us have to deal with. If I had a dollar for every time a pickup drove around the section or through a field, I could take the rest of the year off from work. For how much chasing and shooting goes on around there, I was happy to get him. It sure would be nice to be able to pass on something like this for a couple of years, but he would never ever make it.
