Shooting Hours

Just so I'm clear on the rule. The waterfowl shooting hours are 30 minutes before sunrise to sunset. So, do this mean if sunset is at 7:30 pm, that you can shoot up until 7:30, or does this mean you have to stop at 7:00? Thanks for any clarification, work has turned my brain to mush today!

If sunset is 7:30, then you can shoot until 7:30.

Say the sun rises at 7:23am and sets at 6:59pm. You can shoot from 6:53am until 6:59pm.
