Dove transport question

Cant find this anywhere.

When I transport doves can I just breast them out right away or when in transport do they need a wing attached?

You can breast them out. no wing needed.

I would think you could just breast them out. I would think that any CO that checked ya would realize they were doves. I don't know anything else that small except robins and woodpeckers.
