Pretty weak. Why would the dad in this situation think that would be such a great memory?

Holy cow, did that deer have an ear tag? I have never seen a deer let you approach them like that, feeder or no feeder. Makes you wonder if this was a high fence area.

Why even wear camo, you obviously don't need it!

Appropriate song playing along too. First line, "There I was, back in the wild again".

Looked real wild.

And then at the end during the 'credits', there were three guys listed as guides!!! They sure earned their money.

That guy is an *****-clown, what the heck is he trying to teach that boy? He is gonna be in for one hell of a shock when he realizes that deer hunting aint really that way. But I guess thats how they do it in Texas "Bigger and Better"

That was wrong. That isn't teaching a kid how to hunt, that is teaching a kid how to kill. Anyone can kill. It takes skill to hunt.

Man, that really ticks me off. Reminds me of hearing about an acquaintence of mine telling me about how he got his trophy whitetail. Rolled down the window of his idling pickup. He was parked in a field, not road hunting, but still, that kind of crap gives real hunters a black eye, IMO.

By the way, I'm aware of the apparent irony here, with my avatar of me holding a ground squirrel i blasted with a 12 gauge, but I actually had to sneak around and ambush that crafty little sucker!

I think that, that's a bunch of bull sh*t. I can't see how anyone could think of that as hunting.

Some people easily confuse shooting with hunting.

Sometimes you shoot things, sometimes you hunt things.

I think it's very important to be clear which is which.
