Default Rain in the basins
Looks like they got a good soaking last night into this morning. Over 5 inches in York county.

not quite 5 more like 1.75-2. all the roads were dry the morning.

no wonder I was confused. I was like are they on crack or what? Next time I will look at the date before I open my mouth.
