I am wondering if anyone on the forum has used the area at Pawnee Lake to shoot skeet. I have heard the shooting while I am fishing, but have never used it.
Are there any special rules that govern the area? Need to sign-up or anything?

I just shot there yesterday and today - yesterday some other folks came while we were there, but today we had it to ourselves. Other than the parking permit, the only rules are no centerfire or rimfire rifles or handguns. Nice setup, but I personally don;t feel comfortable taking shots past the 11 o'clock mark (towards the road).

I am fairly new to the Lincoln area and I just purchased a new Bowtech bow and was hoping to go hunting a little bit during the week somewhere on public ground. During the weekends I head home to some land we have to hunt but was really hoping for some decent spots around Lincoln to bow hunt after work. Any help would be appreciated!
