2nd Turkey with my bow! 11/19/2009, Lancaster CO, 9am, 20lbs, 10 1/8" beard, 1" spurs.

Nice bird, Eryk....public or private? Kinda scary being in a ground blind these days on public land.

Private, I had a Blaze orange vest and a balze orange stocking cap on too, but took them off for the pic....

Awesome Bird! He is really dark on the tips of his feathers. That would make a nice fan mount.

Wow, great bird that is a really nice looking fan, thought I was the only one sitting in a blind today bow hunting turkeys. Although I didn't see any turkeys tonight. I think rifle hunters have the turkeys out of routine in our area. We pretty much could count on them just about every night coming to some big cotton woods to roost. They haven't been showing lately not even hearing any. Heard lots of rifle shots tonight though.
