They don't look cheap. Of course I'm not a NE resident either, but being military I get the resident rate

. Texas is awesome though, if you are a resident and/or military you get the entire hunting and fishing license (and all non-federal stamps) completely free. Its awesome!!!!

I wonder what would have to be done to achieve that here? All military deserves it IMO.
