This was the first year I attempted to hunt antelope. I went out to the Grasslands as was suggested by some of you earlier this year and chased them around with stick and string. Had a great time, got charged by one and missed the shot and now I'm hooked. I am heading out that way over the holidays and thought I'd try it again. Any thoughts or suggestions about hunting them this time of year. Obviously, it will be cold and windy, but how is the hunt after firearm season?

they will be in large herds, and will probably be associated next to a crop (hay filed most of the time). I suppose they could be hunted this late if you patterned them and hunted them in a ground blind, or find a herd in just the right place and put the sneak on them. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
