Bow for a lanky young adult

My niece has been shooting a Genesis for a couple of years now. The long and the short of it is she's a pretty lanky young gal. 29" draw but she's only able to pull about 35 lbs. right now. She just turned 16 and may or may not still have some growing to do. Any recommendations for less than 40 lbs, 29" draw length that can grow a little?

Like I said it's for my niece, her dads in the millitary and will be deploying in the next few months. He's checked all the local bow shops and most of the catalogs but hasn't been able to find anything that either fits her. I believe he found one bow but it was double the price of what he gave for his PSE a few years back. Any suggestions I know he would appreciate.
