Question cuddeback

just got a new cuddeback capture 3.0 it takes pics but it wont save them onto the sd drive. it will save them to the internal memory and then I can download them onto the card later, and it will save pics onto the sd card if the flash goes off...but it wont save them if the flash doesnt go off. it recognizes that it takes a pic and has a delay...but when I go to check how many pics have been taken in daylight itll say 0, and there wont be any on the card. any ideas? or should i take it right back?

Are you making sure you have it on Live Capture Mode. If you have it on standby or test mode it will say it takes a pic but will not save it.

no it was malfunctioning. it would save pics if the flash went off, but wouldnt if it was a daylight photo. i took it back and they didnt say anything.

chasingame.com is the only place I could find an in-depth review, and it sounds like they had the same issues. If the flash will go off it works, if not it doesn't. Plus they had issues with the mounting system.
