I have shot bears, deer and turkey with the G5 and they have not dissapointed me. Stay away from the steelforce blades they are weak.
Not to totally disagree with U but Steel force blades R one of the best cut on contact blades out there. Most guides in Alaska luv to see someone show up with these blades on when hunting bear...If they work on bear hide I would think slicing thru whitetail hide would be nothing...I personally shot one doe useing the saber lock down 4 blade and the blood trail was Friday the 13th massive...

This is what I have now. I gotta get to an archery shop and have them check them out. Maybe they are all I need.

Thats funny because the sabortooth steelforce is what I shot at a black bear in Idaho , right threw the boiler and it barely penetrated and broke to peices inside of the bear. Montecs a much tougher head.

Ty, for what its worth, my gold tip with 100 gr muzzy was a clean pass through on my P&Y bull elk, and all my deer but 1 was pass through. Its more about what you have confidence in, but that's all I've ever shot and have no plans to change.
