I have the 5.0 and just got the 4.0. Just put out the 4 yesterday so I don't have any pics from that yet. The 5.0 I like so far. I've got hundreds of pics on it this year allready. The only thing I don't like is if the deer are moveing fast at a 90 deg angle from the cam, they tend to be a little out of fucus. You can still make out the deer just fine though. I have some posted earlier you can look at, if there is a date on the pic, it's from the 5.0.

I have various moultrie models and I think they are a decent camera (trigger speeds are slower, battery life is far superior to other cameras I've used, and they take decent pictures), but right now 4 out of the 6 that I have are being sent it to be repaired and I have had them less than a year and I've taken good care of them. So that might scare you off with them. Their customer service has been ok so far, and I'll let you know if they give me a new camera or fix 'em for me under the one year warranty. How much are you looking to spend? I have a couple of cudde no flashs and have tried an excite, and I'm not a fan of cuddes last line of cameras, and I've said this before but I think they will come back strong with their new line which I believe is already out if you can find them. The new IR model retails for around 219, which is a steal for cuddes. check out chasingame.com its probably the best game camera review site around. Another name you might want to look into is scoutguard. Ive heard nothing but good things about them

wanted to say that out of the 2 moultries we had the first lasted about a week until it quit working and now our new one doesnt work at all. The triggers are dead.
I wont buy another Moultrie again. Tried calling their customer service and found I had a 49 minute wait on the phone. Im going to try emailing one more time. Otherwise Im really not sure how to get this taken care of. Its a 4.0 with the video. ![]()

Ty...I emailed them and it took a couple days to get a response. Now I have those 4 that I sent in on warranty...Sent them in probably 8-10 days ago, thought I would probably get a letter that they received them via email but it hasnt happened. Im not happy to say the least.
