when in Central Nebraska, I'd like to add that after numerous calls and no action you can throw away the numbers and start calling law enforcement agencies.

Everything! 20-40 BG's on a 10 limit lake, Minnows straight from the river on a No Minnow lake. 13-18 inch bass out of a 21 inch min lake. un-registered boats, set lines, 4 poles per person...... Same people, Same times, Same thing.
