Default Lots of water but no fish

My wife and I just returned from Oahu. We went to watch our daughter play volleyball and for a little R and R. I saw a lot of fishermen but I didn't have a chance to wet a line. It's a great place to visit but I'm glad I'm home. I thought you would enjoy the pictures.

With that shirt you are wearing, you look like one of the locals and you are lucky they let you leave the island. Looks like you lost some weight from eating all that pineapple.

You would think he would get out the weed spray and spray his shirt for all those nasty weeds.

Wow, those pictures bring back so many great memories. Thanks for posting them! I was stationed on Oahu (Camp Smith) for three years and loved it. I lived in a rented 1,100 sq ft house in Waipahu that sold for $350,000 when we left.

We especially enjoyed diving with and feeding the awesome and colorful tropical fish along the reefs in Hanauma Bay and the North Shore.

Additionally, we visited the Arizona Memorial frequently and always took a Lei out there to float it among the Arizona's oil drops in honor of those lost that horrible day. We still get a US flag every year that was flown above the USS Arizona which we fly in front of our house here in Nebraska. (If anyone would like to get a flag flown over the USS Arizona, I can certainly help with that.)

Hope you got to enjoy the Polynesian Cultural Center while you were there.

Best Fishes,
Jet
