Was going to hit TR last night, but decided to make the drive to BO. Boy, am I glad I did. (pics to follow) We got on the water about 5:30. The sun was shinning, a light breeze, and the smell of big fish in the air. We started throwing crank baits at the dam, first cast of the trip: 16 inch crappie, what a start. We went up and down the dam until the sun was starting to set. Ended up getting 8 wipers (6 of them MA's, one nearly 13lbs) a few small white perch, and a bonus 6lb bass. The sun was almost gone and we had our bait!!! (white perch). We drifted for about an hour with no takers. At about 10pm the flatheads went bonkers. We must have pulled in 15 of them, the biggest being just over 48lbs and the smallest about 8lbs. To cap the end to a perfect night, two more MA wipers were hauled in trolling back to the ramp. WHAT A NIGHT, and a 6am this morning....I woke up.

Sounds like an average day for the guys that normally fish there and have learned the lake. Your story was all good until the 6lb. bass part.
