Those fish are always eager to play, have not been up to that area since the end of june, been pre fishing for the Missouri River Open out of Sioux City this sunday, and the bite has been pretty good, lots of strong fish, and thats all I can say as there are way to many eyes on these boards

Thanks Al, I have been fishing that area for the last 30 years and love to knock heads with those smallies. I am heading up there on the 5th of September so we will see what happens. Good fishing to you!

al, not eyes at all, been using binoculars. And was that a Size 100 or 200 Bomber A you caught that 3 lb smallie on the other day? My glasses got fogged up and I couldnt quite tell. And you need to slow down some between honey holes, I am having a hard time trakking you with that GPS Locator device I put on the bottom of your boat. No need to prefish when I can follow the guru around

Rangerman, good fishing to you, that is a great area, and my favorite all time fishing area.I would love to hit it a couple times this fall, but not going to make it,going to be in kentucky for the midwest regional on Barkley, will be there for a week and thats where all my $$ is going towards.
Doug, it was a 100,,,,,,Bandit,, and I think your lenses were just a little fogged,it was a 3.5 lb Louie largemouth,my best fish of the day,,,are you going to fish it this year,be good to see you if so.(and I can learn some new spots from the homeboy, hehe) Rob, my partner is Rod Caughron, see you at the dinner saturday eve,the weather looks good for sunday, partly cloudy and mid 80's,should be a hoot!!
