Yeah, I agree aquaman, I can 't catch a decent fish to save my life right now. Hopefully i can get a nice one by Thursday. I've been fishing 2 times and haven't got anything worth while. Good job everyone!

Never got a weight, only kept it out of water long enough to get pics. Got several around the 18" to 20" range. Tried for big cats last night without even a bite, hope something changes in two weeks.

Default WK1-Waterfowler: LP = .5 (13" CC)

Not big but it counts

Hope to get a bigger one before Thursday at midnight but for this week it's good enough to get me in the youth division. 13" catfish, caught at Prairie View.

Default Wk1-AJ: LP=1.13 (9" BG)

9" BG caught 7-7-8

Guess I might as well get in the game. Caught this little bugger while getting some bait for catfishing. At least he will get my foot in the door until week three comes around.

Default WK1-hav2hunt: LP=1.27 (33" CC)

33" channel cat

I was able to get out last night and upgrade my week 1 catch with this big cat. I caught him on a Bluegill-head. It was 33" and weighed about 14 lbs. and was released safely.

Default WK1-south of 41: LP=1.33 (10 5/8" HBG)

South of 41's Upgrade 10-5/8" + Hybrid Bluegill

Well, the 10" plus gills co-operated at least for one of us last night. This hybridzilla ought to make OBG and Aquaman drool excessivly. Way to go South of 41.

Default WK1-Wingman: LP=1.00 (26" CC)

I don't know if I will have time to upgrade or not. So, here is my week 1 entry. 26" Channel Cat caught last night on cut Bluegill head, with my ultralight. Please note the 3rd pic. The Kitty won!!!

I've fished with Josh before. No offense to South, but Josh could probably go professional someday. That kid can fish.
