Opinion Needed Need some help!!!!!!

For the last month or so I have been watching many different types of birds building nests around my office windows and smoke pit area. We had Robins, Sparrows, and Barn Swallows. It actual turned into a habit for many people in my building to check on them and watch there progress. Yesterday while in a BS meeting I noticed out the window two females walking around some of the birds nest. All of the sudden she takes a stick and knocks the nest out of the tree. Everyone flipped out. Just as everyone started to get mad the two girls starts stomping on the baby birds killing them and placing them into 5 gallon buckets. My supervisor stops the meeting and went outside to confront them. He came back and said they were from the Department of Agriculture and they were sent over to relocate the birds and nest. He made some phone calls and found out they were sent out to relocate the birds and nest away from the flight line. Today I walked around the building to find many different nest destroyed laying around with a few baby birds dead from being stomped on and a few lucky ones that are still alive but close to dieing. They didn’t even try to relocate them. Who can you call about this? It’s seems like laziness kicked in and it was easier to kill them instead of relocating them……. What can a person do?????????

Besides all that, who the hell is so stupid as to think you can relocate a nest.

Well that's a nice post (that's sarcasm if you can't pick that up). You can relocate them some of the time.

If you got there name you get could call the Department of Ag.

Talk to them, they might (I really don't think they will) do anything about it.
