Default Howdy

Howdy all,

I'm new to this forum, but I've been on huntingne for a couple of months. I'm a lifelong Nebraskan, although I recently had to move to Omaha , nothing against Omaha, but there's a whole lot of places I'd rather be, but none of those places have jobs for me. I hunt deer, pheasant, and some waterfowl, i love trapping, and I want to go fishing more often. So here's hoping I can figure out how to satisfy my need to hunt & fish while living in the last place in the state I ever thought I would.

Welcome to Omaha and the forum.

I can think of a few good things about Omaha. Ask a question about an Omaha area lake and there will be more than a few members to quickly reply who have been there in the past day or two. Water temps, fishing reports, ramp in or out, etc. Not always the case at those lakes out west. And your bound to bump into one of us at any of the lakes, or join in on a day like this.

Sunday Morning on the Ice...

Man, that looks like a blast. I usually get out ice fishing at least once a year, but I didn't have the time this winter.
